I highly recommend insanity! It really forces you to push yourself harder. Also, I feel like it’s a very realistic work out video with the group actually struggling, sweating, and breaking when they need to as opposed to other work out videos where they all look happy and actually stick with the workout throughout the video without much breaks.
I highly advise you stick with a diet/nutrition plan while doing the workout to see fast results. Also, I advise you to take it slow. Don’t try to be a gunner and do everything all at once. You’ll improve over time, I promise :)

This will be my LAST post on this blog. I’ve decided to start a new fitblr that will be more fitness centric and much less “thin.” It will focus on nutrition, overall health, and fitness with a bunch of sexy pictures of fit men and women to motivate you. I’m shooting for a more overall health blog as opposed to an image centric blog, which I feel this has become. (Also, it’s REALLY annoying when I reblog those “reblog if you’re a fitblr!” posts and my personal blog that isn’t weight loss oriented shows up…)
I will keep this open as a reminder of what I have achieved and how much I have matured in my journey through health. Happy New Year and good luck in your health endeavors!! :)

Done and done!! It didn’t kick my ass as much as Day 2 did, which makes me super excited!!! Honestly, I think i can drop 15lbs before 60 days are up and that really excites me!
